A development company, Wingate, is proposing a major redevelopment of the Trestletree North and South properties. As part of this plan, all current residents on the Grant Park side (North) would be relocated to newly built units on the Ormewood Park side (South).
The Grant Park Neighborhood Association (GPNA) believes your voice matters. You have a right to understand how this impacts your home and your family. GPNA is gathering feedback from current residents to ensure your concerns are represented before the city makes any final decisions on funding this project.
