Trestletree Redevelopment: Share Your Voice
Welcome, Neighbors of Grant Park!
Wingate Companies is proposing a major redevelopment of the Trestletree North and South properties. As part of this plan, all current residents on the Grant Park side (North) would be relocated to newly built units on the Ormewood Park side (South).
Why Your Voice Matters:
GPNA is evaluating this proposal before making a formal recommendation to the City of Atlanta regarding a $25M Invest Atlanta grant to be used to build a new 5-story mid-rise building that will house all Trestletree North and South residents in Ormewood park. We are gathering feedback directly from Trestletree North residents to ensure the concerns of our fellow Grant Park neighbors living in these apartments are represented.

What We Are Voting On:
Item 1: Relocation out of Grant Park
(Does GPNA support permanently relocating all current residents from the North Parcel to the South Parcel?)
Item 2: Affordable Housing Consolidation
(Does GPNA support consolidating all Section 8 housing units into one dedicated building on a single parcel, rather than integrating them into a mixed-income model?)

Trestletree Village Survey Feedback
Wingate’s feedback on the current survey questions. While the survey appears well intentioned, some questions may unintentionally suggest choices that are not financially feasible or available given the project’s subsidy requirements, site conditions, construction constraints, and overall financing structure.
This is an effort to provide accurate information to residents based on the most frequently asked questions.
