Have you ever wondered what helps Grant Park remain so inviting and our historic homes unique? A primary component is our neighborhood's design regulations - the road map for your home's renovation. They guide you through the process and ensure your property's value and the integrity of the neighborhood's character remain intact. Follow them, and you may even qualify for grants or other assistance.
Have you been looking for a way to contribute to our neighborhood? The Grant Park Neighborhood Association sign topper fundraiser has launched with a fresh design so you can purchase a new sign topper for your street as a holiday gift.
Check this out if you'd like to order one ... or two... or three. They do make nice holiday gifts for new (and old) neighbors as well!
Get your sunburst gift ... or one for a new neighbor! This symbol of the neighborhood has been quite popular through the years as evidenced by the number of them that you see hanging from Grant Park homes and businesses. Sunbursts are pre-painted and homeowners are encouraged to add their house numbers.
Sending a huge shout-out and thank you to our sponsors, as the 2022 Mothball was a huge success!
