CHAPTER 28A. SIGN ORDINANCE
Grant Park Historic District. Except when otherwise explicitly provided, the provisions of chapter 28A of this part shall apply to this district.
a. General regulations applicable to all subareas:
1. No general advertising signs shall be permitted in the Grant Park Historic District.
2. No animated, changing, or flashing signs shall be permitted in the Grant Park Historic District.
3. No internally illuminated signs shall be permitted in the Grant Park Historic District.
