Now that the New Year is here, it's time to lose that winter weight. Grant Park recreation center is now offering group exercise in the morning. Come out and join the rest of the team as we slim our way into the new year. Classes start meeting next Monday in the rec center at 11am and last about an hour or until you have had enough. Please wear something comfortable and running shoes. Registration is free and available to all residents.
